FULL RECIPE!! Say Cheese!! We love making these light and crunchy crackers! Packed with an awesome Cheddar flavour, you’ll love how easy they are to make! A food processor is a must for this recipe. What you'll need: Baking sheets Parchment paper or silicon baking mat Food processor Measuring spoons and cups Plastic wrap Rolling pin Pizza cutter 1 cup AP flour 1 1/2 teaspoons of cornstarch 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt 1 1/2 cups of grated orange cheddar cheese 1/3 cup of salted butter (cold and cubed) 2 tablespoons of water Skewer to poke hole in center of cracker Flour for dusting Preheat your oven to 350. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicon mat and set aside. In the bowl of your food processor add flour, cornstarch, salt and grated orange cheddar cheese. Pulse on medium speed until coarse crumbs. Add cold cubed butter and pulse until your mixture feels like wet sand. Now add water and pulse until mixture forms a dough ball. Once your dough has formed, turn it out onto a sheet of plastic, wrap and chill for 45 minutes. Once dough has chilled, divide your ball into two. On a lightly floured surface, roll out one dough ball 1/8 inch thick. Using a floured pizza cutter, cut dough into 1 inch squares. Then poke a hole in the centre of each cracker. Repeat with second dough ball. Gently place crackers on baking sheet, make sure your crackers don't touch. Once baking sheet is filled, bake crackers for 16-18 minutes, crackers should be golden brown on the bottom. Let them cool on the baking sheet before serving!

We are positively NUTTY for these chocolatey treats! You’ll love rolling the dough into balls and dipping them in chocolate- licking your fingers is an absolute must! Stuff you'll need: Stand mixer/electric mixer Bowls (heat proof) Measuring cups and spoons Spatula Fork and wooden skewer Baking pan Heavy pot/microwave Parchment/baking mat 3/4 peanut butter 3 cups icing sugar 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips 1/2 softened salted butter 1 tsp vegetable oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 vanilla 1/2 crushed peanuts 1. Add softened butter to the bowl of stand mixer or large bowl and mix on high until light and fluffy. 2. Once fluffy, add peanut butter and mix on high for 2 additional minutes. 3. Add salt and vanilla to your bowl and with your mixer on low slowly add icing sugar little by little. Mix until the sugar is full incorporated and your dough resembles a coarse crumbs. 4. Using your hands, grab about a tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball- your dough may feel dry at first but your hands will warm the dough and help bind it together. 5.Place balls on a baking tray and place tray in the freezer for 1 hour. 6. While your peanut butter balls are finishing setting in the freezer, start melting the chocolate, either with a microwave or bain-marie. Microwave - Using a heatproof bowl break/chop chocolate into small pieces and heat for 30-40 second intervals until chocolate is melted. Stir in between each interval. Be carful not to burn chocolate! Bain-marie - Fill a heavy pot 1/4 full of water and bring to boil. Place a stainless steel bowl on top of the pot, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the boiling water. Add chocolate and gently stir with spatula until completely melted. 7. Place melted chocolate in a bowl big enough to roll your peanut butter balls in and allow to cool for 5 minutes. 8. Remove frozen peanut butter balls from freezer and drop them one at a time into the melted chocolate. With your fork and wooden skewer gently roll ball around, covering all sides and set on pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top of each bowl before the chocolate hardens. 9. Set your finished peanut butter balls into the fridge for 30 mins before gobbling up! Jean and Rachel xo #bakingislove
